Hi! I'm Kelly and I'm so glad you're here! I'm a certified hypnosis practitioner with over 220 hours of advanced training in transpersonal and spiritual hypnosis. My practice weaves together powerful approaches including parts therapy, inner child healing, ancestral clearing, regression and spiritual exploration. I also support my clients in shifting everyday challenges such as stress, weight management, confidence building and habit change. As a member of the International Association of Counselors and Therapists (IACT), I'm committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards in heart-led, collaborative sessions. What I love most about this work is helping people reconnect with their own deep inner wisdom. I hold a compassionate, non- judgemental space where you can access and explore the thoughts and emotional patterns that may be keeping you stuck. As an additional support between sessions, I offer personalized Bach Flower essence blends, a healing tool that I've loved for over 20 years, ever since I first studied them while living in France.
